exceptionally nice and perfect location, within a walking distance of everywhere. modern design, very good service in the entire hotel.

The hotel's location is great, with a train station nearby.

We were welcomed by friendly staff. Dinner reservtion was made for us at a local restaurant which was great and the food was good too.

We have no complaints.

we had a very pleasant time. everything was superb, good service, favourable location short walk to the forli train station, peaceful forli and the centre of town. we had the standard queen room which was well-equipped with nice bed.

Easily located, perfect city center proximity with a short walk, and ample parking spaces. The staff was exceptional, especially the gentleman in the afternoon. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breakfast served was delicious. The courteous staff made the stay even more enjoyable. a top-notch 3-star hotel experience.

Promised free Wifi but it never worked except once in the lobby. Told it didn't work on two floors but I tried all the floors and couldn't connect. Reception just made excuses.

The room was tidy and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. The hotel is in a great location near the center and close to two amazing restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Good value for money. Good WiFi connection in room - thats very important for business travel. Nice resturant for dinner nearby.

The hotel has reasonably large and well-maintained rooms in a very nice area, close to the city center. Amazing friendly and excellent staff all over the place. - Good and fine food. - Excellent location steps away from the war memorial. - Overall a perfectly pleasant stay for them and services.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility for older guests. The decoration exuded a warm and welcoming ambiance, with cozy seating areas throughout the general areas. The hallways were well-lit, and the elevators were conveniently located, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel. The staff, particularly the young ones, were courteous and always ready to assist me with my needs.

The only aspect that could have been better for a vacation catering to senior people is the limited activities available. While the hotel itself provided a comfortable and convenient stay, I wish there were more organized activities or entertainment options specifically designed for older guests.

I would have appreciated better assistance for senior guests, such as additional staff support for carrying luggage or offering assistance with heavy doors. The children working there were polite, but sometimes it felt like they were a bit overwhelmed with responsibilities.
